This web site (www.adimudra.com) is published and maintained by Cojective Digital Payment and Trading Service Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter “CDPTSPL”) and owning brand name “ADIMUDRA”, a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. When you access, browse or use this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below:

All sales of prepaid recharge on the Adimudra Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which You purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. You are also responsible for the information relating to data card and toll-tag recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. Adimudra is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or incorrect toll or data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by You on the Adimudra Platform, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Adimudra Platform. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or data card or toll-tag information), operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. Adimudra will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your e mail. All refunds will be credited to your wallet.

Bill Payments


In order to use the bill payments service or any other Adimudra Service, You will need to obtain access to the World Wide Web or the Internet, either on a computer or on any other device that can access web-based content, and You will also need to pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, You must have all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web or the Internet, including a computer and a modem or any other set of access devices. Adimudra and/or the Adimudra business partner (including Adimudra’s bill payment partners) reserve the right to charge and recover from You, such fees for availing the service as the case may be. These charges shall be effective from the time when they are posted on the Adimudra Platform or on the Adimudra business partner’s channel/portal/website through which You are availing the specific service. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore visit the Adimudra Platform or check with the Adimudra business partner’s channel/portal/website through which You are availing the specific service in order to review the applicable fees which may vary from time to time.

In the event that You stop or seek a reversal of the payment instructions as may have been submitted, Adimudra shall be entitled to charge and recover from You and You shall be liable to pay such charges to the bill payment service provider as may be decided by Adimudra. These charges shall be charged on to Your designated payment account or in any other manner as may be decided by Adimudra. Adimudra offers a convenient and secure way to make payments towards identified biller(s) using a valid payment account. Depending upon the Adimudra business partner through whom the specific service is availed by You
(i) the specific features of the service may differ;
(ii) the number of billers available over the service may differ;
(iii) the type and range of payment accounts that can be used to issue a payment instructions may differ;
(iv) the modes/devices over which the service can be accessed may differ; and
(v) the charges, fees for availing the service or any aspect of the service may differ. Specific details related to these aspects would be available with the Adimudra business partner on their channel/portal/website over which the service is being availed.

From time to time, Adimudra, at its sole discretion, can add to or delete from such list of billers or types of payment accounts that can be used in respect of making payments to a biller. The type and range of payment accounts that can be used for making payments may differ for each biller depending on biller specifications. There may be additional fees/charge when using certain types of payment accounts in respect of a biller. The terms upon which a payment can be made to a biller can differ depending on whether a card or a bank account is used to issue the payment instruction. Further, depending on the specific facilities allowed by a Adimudra business partner, payments to a biller can be made either

(a) by issuing a payment instruction for an online debit/charge to a payment account or (b) by scheduling an automated debit to a payment account. In using the bill payment service, You agree to:

provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself (“Registration Data”), Your payment account details (“Payment Data”), Your biller details (“Biller Data”); and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, Payment Data and Biller Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Adimudra has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Adimudra has the right to suspend or terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Adimudra Services/Adimudra Platform (or any portion thereof). The term biller includes telecom operators.

Adimudra assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any payment instruction(s) on the payment date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:

  • If the payment instruction(s) issued by You is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid and delayed;
  • If the payment account has insufficient funds/limits to cover for the amount as mentioned in the payment instruction(s);
  • If the funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance or charge;
  • If Your bank or the National Clearing Centre refuses or delays honouring the payment instruction(s);
  • If payment is not processed by biller upon receipt;
  • Circumstances beyond the control of Adimudra (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force).

In case the bill payment is not effected for any reason, You will be intimated about the failed payment by an e-mail.

Flight Tickets


The airline tickets available through the Website are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.
ADIMUDRA merely acts as a facilitator to enable the User to book a flight ticket. The contract of service for utilization of the flight is always between the User and the concerned airline.
Airlines retain the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights or itineraries independent of and without prior intimation to ADIMUDRA. As a facilitator ADIMUDRA has no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and therefore is not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a User may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight.
Different tickets on the same airline may carry different restrictions or include different services and price.

The baggage allowance on given fare is as per the terms decided by the airline, and ADIMUDRA has no role to play in the same. Some of the fares shown in the booking flow are "hand baggage fares" which do not entitle the User for free check in baggage and therefore the User will be required to pay separately for check in baggage. The prices for adding check-in baggage to a booking may vary from airline to airline. The User is advised to contact the airlines for detailed costs.

Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to ADIMUDRA receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to ADIMUDRA paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee. All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to ADIMUDRA, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the ADIMUDRA service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.

The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, ADIMUDRA will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, ADIMUDRA will credit the money to the same debit card. In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Adimudra will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through mybooking section or email. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines. Adimudra will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers. Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions. Wallet amount once used for any transaction the remaining amount in the wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account. However, can be used for future booking with us

Hotel Booking


ROLE OF ADIMUDRA AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ADIMUDRA

ADIMUDRA acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel. Hotels in this context includes all categories of accommodations such as hotels, home-stays, bed and breakfast stays, farm-houses and any other alternate accommodations. All the information pertaining to the hotel including the category of the hotel, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the hotel are as per the information provided by the hotel to ADIMUDRA. This information is for reference only. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the hotel shall be raised by the User with the hotel directly, and shall be resolved between the User and hotel. ADIMUDRA will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.

INFORMATION FROM THE HOTEL AND THE TERMS OF THE HOTEL

The hotel booking voucher which ADIMUDRA issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the hotel regarding the inventory availability. In no circumstances can ADIMUDRA be held liable for failure on part of a hotel to accommodate the User with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service related issues at the hotel. The liability of ADIMUDRA in case of denial of check-in by a hotel for any reason what-so-ever including over-booking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of rooms etc., will be limited to either providing a similar alternate accommodation at the discretion of ADIMUDRA (subject to availability at that time), or refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid) to the User. Any other service related issues should be directly resolved by the User with the hotel. Hotels reserves the sole right of admission and ADIMUDRA has no say whatsoever in admission or denial for admission by the hotel. Unmarried or unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in by some hotels as per their policies. Similarly, accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time check-in. Some hotels may also not allow local residents to check-in as guests. ADIMUDRA will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reasons or any other reason not under the control of ADIMUDRA. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER

The User would be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of him/ her/ or their accompanying guests (willful/negligent) to the property of the hotel in any manner whatsoever. The extent and the amount of the damage so caused would be determined by the concerned hotel. ADIMUDRA would not, in any way, intervene in the same. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel. The User has to be in possession of a valid identity proof and address proof, at the time of check-in. The hotel shall be within its rights to deny check-in to a User if a valid identity proof is not presented at the time of check-in. Check-in time, check-out time, and any changes in those timings, will be as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY THE HOTEL

The booking amount paid by the User is only for stay at the hotel. Some bookings may include breakfast and/ or meals as confirmed at the time of booking. Any other services utilized by the User at the hotel, including laundry, room service, internet, telephone, extra food, drinks, beverages etc. shall be paid by the User directly to the hotel. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods like Christmas, New Year's Eve or other festivals as decided by the hotel. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel. ADIMUDRA will have no control over waiving the same.

PAYMENT FOR BOOKINGS AND ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

Booking of a hotel can either be "Prepaid", or "Pay at hotel" as per the options made available by a hotel on the Website of ADIMUDRA. In "Prepaid" model, the total booking amount is paid by the User at the time of booking itself. Such total booking amount includes the hotel reservation rate, taxes, service fees as may be charged on behalf of the actual service provider, and any additional booking fee or convenience fee charged by ADIMUDRA. At the hotel's or ADIMUDRA's sole discretion on case to case basis, the User may also be provided with an option to make a part payment to ADIMUDRA at the time of confirmation of a booking. The balance booking amount shall be paid as per the terms of the bookings. For security purposes, the User must provide ADIMUDRA with correct credit or debit card details. ADIMUDRA may cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the User are found incorrect. Payment can be made either in INR or any other foreign exchange/currency as specified at the time of booking.

Some banks and card issuing companies charge their account holders a transaction fee when the card issuer and the merchant location (as defined by the card brand, e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are in different countries. If a User has any questions about the fees or any exchange rate applied, they may contact their bank or the card issuing company through which payment was made. Some accommodation suppliers may require User and/or the other persons, on behalf of whom the booking is made, to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses that may be incurred during their stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by ADIMUDRA and solely at the behest of the Hotel. In "Pay at hotel" model, the concerned hotel will collect the entire payment against the booking at the time of check-in. In case of international bookings, the payment will be charged in local currency or in any other currency, as decided by the hotel. For security purposes, the User must provide ADIMUDRA with correct credit or debit card details. ADIMUDRA may cancel the booking at its sole discretion in case such bank or credit card details as provided by the User are found incorrect.

Bus Tickets


  • Adimudra is only a bus ticket agent. It does not operate buses or offers bus transport services. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, Adimudra has tied up with many bus operators and service providers.
  • Adimudra’s advice to customers is to choose the bus operators who they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.
  • Adimudra’s responsibilities include:
    • issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its network of bus operators;
    • providing refund and support in the event of cancellation; and
    • providing customer support and information in case of any delays/inconvenience.
  • Adimudra’s responsibilities do not include:
    • The bus operator’s bus not departing/reaching on time;
    • The bus operator’s employees being unprofessional or engaging in unlawful conduct;
    • The bus operator’s bus seats, etc., not being up to the customer’s expectation;
    • The bus operator cancelling the trip due to any reason;
    • The baggage of the customer getting lost/stolen/damaged;
    • The bus operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate any of the following passengers: senior citizens, children, pregnant women, persons with disability or any other person in a situation of emergency;
    • The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if You are not a regular traveller on that particular bus or route);
    • The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
  • The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
  • Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
    • A copy of the ticket (a printout of the ticket or the printout of the ticket e mail).
    • Identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
  • Passengers must also be aware of the following :
    • Change of bus: In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason, Adimudra will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customers within 24 hours of the journey.
    • Cancellation Policy: Passengers are expected to read the ticket cancellation policy carefully. Tickets will be cancelled as per the cancellation policy linked with the ticket. The transaction charges will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation.
    • Refund policy mentioned on the ticket is indicative. The actual cancellation charges are determined by bus operators and bus providers at the actual time of cancellation. Adimudra has no role in governing the cancellation charges.
    • Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual fare of the ticket. If any discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, the discounted value would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket is cancelled.
    • In case a booking confirmation e mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e mail ID/phone number provided by the user, etc., a ticket will be considered ‘booked’ as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of the Adimudra Platform.
    • Amenities on the buses as shown on Adimudra have been configured and provided by the bus service provider (bus operator). These amenities will be provided unless there are some exceptions on certain days. Please note that Adimudra provides this information in good faith to help passengers to make an informed decision. Provision of video, air conditioning and any such other services mentioned by Adimudra’s travel partners in the buses is their own responsibility. Any refunds/claims due to non-functioning or un-availability of these services needs to be settled directly with the bus service provider.
  • Adimudra is not responsible for any kind of journey inconvenience, injury or death, caused during the journey or flowing from the journey.
  • For any issues relating to cancellation or refund, the passenger may contact Adimudra within 15 days of date of travel, beyond which period request would not be processed.
  • Adimudra may call the mobile phone number provided by You while registering with the Adimudra Platform, or any updated mobile number subsequently provided by You on the Adimudra Platform, or contact You via e-mail, for the purpose of collecting feedback from You regarding Your travel bookings, including but not limited to the bus facilities and/or services of the bus operator.
  • Grievances and claims related to the bus journey should be reported to Adimudra support team within 10 days of Your travel date.

Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt
Adimudra shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the Adimudra liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent. On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, Adimudra may sometimes refund amount to the customer but Adimudra reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.
